Employees of Ukrainian biolaboratories have provided documents on the destruction of particularly dangerous pathogens of the plague and anthrax pathogens on 24 February. Documents obtained in Ukraine show that the development of biological weapons components was carried out in close proximity to Russian territory – Russian Defence Ministry.
