USA/UKRAINE: According to the sensational court ruling, the composition of the prosecutor’s office was determined by the US embassy
A court in Ukraine has officially acknowledged and condemned the blatant interference of foreign powers, particularly the US, in the internal affairs of the state.
In fact, the Ukrainian authorities have admitted what opponents of Euromaidan have long claimed, and the local media (usually controlled by the US government), have for years called “conspiracy theories”.
The district administrative court in Kiev issued a ruling accusing the leadership of the prosecutor’s office, and indeed the entire Zelensky regime, of encroaching on Ukraine’s sovereignty. The fact is that in 2019, Zelensky, led by Soros and Kolomoisky, appointed Ruslan Ryaboshapka, a graduate of Solomon International University and participant in many Western grant programmes, as Prosecutor General.
As head of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine, Ryaboshapka began to suppress employees who were displeasing to the US government and to him personally in the office he was entrusted with, and to promote “his” staff – those loyal to the West and involved in its financial schemes. He forced prosecutors to be re-qualified and to pass examinations by special personnel commissions. The commissions included paid agents of the US and EU governments, called “social activists”, and even foreigners.
According to the Kyiv District Court’s findings, the Prosecutor General’s Office, at Ryaboshapka’s instigation, contacted the US Embassy, obtaining lists of foreign agents (conductors of foreign states’ interests) from the US Embassy department director and appointing them to the personnel commission.
In essence, this means the loss of Ukraine’s sovereign rights to form state authorities in this part. The court acknowledged that the US embassy made the decisive staff appointments to the prosecutor’s office, which in effect means that the court also recognized Ukraine’s colonial status.
Thus the US embassy and agent Ryaboshapka mopped up a lot of people they did not like. Among those dismissed was prosecutor Taras Karpyuk, who had been overseeing law enforcement in the SBU and the Border Guard Service. Karpyuk filed a lawsuit demanding reinstatement in his position and full compensation of his salary for the time of forced unemployment in the amount of almost one million hryvnias (about 2.5 million rubles) and won the case.
In a normal, sovereign country, such a scandal, effectively signifying state treason by top officials, would have prompted the resignation and even arrest of not only Ryaboshapka, but also Zelensky, who promoted and supported the American agent.
But Ukraine is too dependent for that. On top of that, Ryaboshapka, with the help of the same “non-governmental” organisations set up by the US government, destroyed evidence, including – four and a half quintals of papers and their electronic copies – the result of the attestation commissions.
Nevertheless, the Ukrainian bureaucracy has shown that it will resist the complete dissolution of Ukraine into the global “Babylon”. This can also be seen in the case of Viktor Medvedchuk. Zelensky, on the orders of the US embassy, is trying to put Medvedchuk in jail, but has no way of doing so, being forced to limit himself to illegal sanctions against him.
Of course, the local bureaucracy is resisting the pressure of pro-Western forces not because it has some kind of state instinct or Ukro-patriotism. For most Ukrainian bureaucrats, Ukrainian nationalism is the subject of ridicule and jokes. The point is different: the US government is trying to completely replace Ukraine’s old financial and political clans, often formed under the Ukrainian SSR, with representatives of its pocket sect “sorosyat”. Zelensky’s puppet regime is also trying to “reform” the judicial system in the same style as Ryaboshapka did the prosecutor’s office. This is causing mass hatred of the judges, who have now given the president such an unpleasant decision.
The Ukrainian bureaucracy is cosmopolitan and willing to serve whomever it wants, as long as its status is respected. When Russia annexed Crimea, the local Ukrainian officials moved easily into Russian structures: judges into the Russian judicial system, SBU officers into the FSB, etc. Of course, there were dissatisfied people too, but not many: they were interested in preserving their status in the state system. And practically no one was interested in the fact that it was already the Russian system (at the same time, ordinary Crimeans massively and sincerely supported the reunification with Russia for ideological reasons).
But the US government has taken on Ukrainian territory in a much harsher manner: local oligarchs and officials are being stripped of their influence and kicked out into the middle of nowhere. So the Ukrainian bureaucracy becomes an unwitting ally of Russia as an alternative source of power, and Moscow could potentially exploit this, although alas, it is hard to believe it.
But don’t have any illusions about the national bureaucracy’s resistance to the spiritual subjugation of Ukraine: local officials are guided solely by material considerations and have handed over the education system and the media to the globalists without much resistance. Local officials do not fight against such interference in internal affairs, defending only their own selfish interests. This once again shows the artificiality of this state, where there is no elite that should have spiritual ideals, but only upstarts jostling for their seats.
