Dr. Lindley warns that the WHO is pushing for a system that will give them unprecedented power to control every aspect of our lives, and if this plan is implemented, the world will be under the control of an unelected body that is accountable to no one.
In an exclusive interview for RAIR Foundation USA, Dr. Kat Lindley, a member of the steering committee of the World Council for Health, warns of the imminent take-over of all our remaining health freedoms by the World Health Organization.
Presently, the WHO is working on amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR), and something called the “zero draft” of the WHO CA+, which “would allow the WHO, in an event of a new pandemic – or what they deemed to be a pandemic – to actually decide how member countries would respond to these future pandemic threats.” In other words, if passed, it will take pandemic-related medical decisions out of the hands of every WHO member state. It will be binding. And decisions made by the WHO will be mandatory.
Let’s imagine that there’s an outbreak of something in a member-state country. If these amendments and the CA+ go through, the WHO will have the authority to declare a pandemic. They will have the power to decide how we respond to future pandemics.
“So, when it comes to vaccinations, proposed treatments, tests, or border closures, the WHO will decide how countries respond. They can implement digital passports, they can decide if certain borders need to be closed, that we cannot travel, they could put restrictions on the way of life for all member states,” explains Dr. Lindley. “This could attack the sovereignty of nations. If a country cannot decide how they respond to an emergent threat, does that country truly, truly have sovereignty? Essentially, an unelected body will dictate how things are done.”
Putting this power into the hands of the WHO means that the organization would have to power to decide what is a pandemic, how long a pandemic might last, what tests and treatments will be available, what treatments will be mandatory, and if we will be free to move about. Sounds dystopian, doesn’t it?
To understand better how quickly this will go wrong, “it’s very important to highlight this relationship that the WHO has with the private sector,” says Lindley. “If you look at the funding for the WHO, published on their website from 2021, you will see on top of that list the Melinda Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, also GAVI Foundation. Those are public-private partnerships. There is this parasitic relationship between these organizations and the WHO, as some of these organizations would be the ones that supply the vaccinations or tests.”
This new WHO pandemic oversight provision will be funded by individual country members to the tune of five percent of their health budgets. It will grow to be a huge bureaucratic entity with an enormous amount of money.
How WHO policies will be enforced remains up for discussion, “but they can put pressure on different countries,” says Lindley, through the World Bank and CBDCs. “I don’t think it’s very far-fetched to think that they can introduce some kind of social credit score. I think those are the dystopian futures that we need to be aware of. And in my opinion, we need to oppose this.”
Lindley advises that each citizen looks at the laws in their own country. “In the United States, our states are kind of independent. Therefore, the states can pass some legislation, and even if the HHS decides, or the government decides to adopt this IHR and CA+, we in the state of Texas, or the state of Florida, or wherever, we will not allow these recommendations to go through our health department. It can also be done on the federal level, and some senators and representatives have tried introducing bills. But ultimately, the only answer to this is to exit the WHO.”
